Real Estate Sales & Support
Select First Real Estate is a young, small boutique office located in the Hills District. The owner is an award-winning agent with over 30 years experience.
We are widely recognised, passionate about property and our people, we possess a wealth of industry knowledge and experience.
We are looking for a self-motivated, well-spoken, friendly individual with a positive attitude, impeccable presentation and excellent communication skills.
HOW TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE
Please address these questions with your application:
Duties include:
- Available to work flexible hours including every Saturday
- Database prospecting and cold calling to find new business
- Conducting open homes every Saturday
- Attending appraisals at clients’ homes
- Arranging and conducting property inspections
Qualifications and skills:
- Previous experience in sales preferable, but not necessary.
- Real Estate Certificate of Registration
- Punctual with excellent time management skills
- Well organised with high attention to detail
We will provide all the training needed for you to become the very best, in this highly competitive field.
You must be able to work 5 days, with one of the days being Saturday.
Successful applicants must hold a Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License, current drivers licence and their own car.
