WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY

I’m so impressed with Carmelo and his property management team, who have been managing my investment property in Kellyville.

They have done an amazing job from start to finish - always professional, responsive, and genuinely caring about both the property and my needs as an investor. It’s clear that nothing is too big or small for them, and their attention to detail and communication have made the entire experience stress-free.

I have also met my tenants, and they have said nothing but good things about this agency. Thanks, guys! I highly recommend Select First to anyone looking for reliable and dedicated property managers!

Mario & Tracey met our expectations for our sale at Kellyville with professionalism, honesty, and transparency about pricing expectations.

No inflated valuations to get the listing and no massive promotional outgoings, just a promise of delivering the best possible outcome.

The point of difference is that you get Mario & Tracey, not 1 of 20 sales staff!

Thank you, highly recommend!!
